Enjoy deepening your understanding of the OSHO Active Meditations® and learn the skills, gain the confidence, to introduce them to others – with friends, in a spa or meditation center, in your business or other professional setting.
🎓Those who have completed the training will receive an international certificate that allows them to teach OSHO Active Meditations® anywhere in the world.

What is meditation? Who/what is OSHO?
The unique approach and “climate” around OSHO meditation
The many OSHO Active Meditations in-depth: the science behind each of them, the essence of their steps, the vital points that make all the difference
Short OSHO meditations for your day, and to use while being a facilitator
Role of facilitator, guidelines for facilitating
Your own questions and how to respond to meditators’ questions
Grounding, relaxed communication, equipment use, presentation practice

If you are interested in experiencing various OSHO Active Meditations but do not want a certificate to guide them, you can also participate only on the first weekend (18.05-19.05).
Participation fee: 295 eur / until 1th of May 2024
From 2th of May: 335 eur
155 eur: if you participate only on the first weekend without getting the certificate.
