OSHO Dynamic Meditation

OSHO Dynamic Meditation is called a revolution in consciousness. It is a scientifically developed technique given the development of modern man. Osho Dynamic Meditation is one of the most scientific methods to heal and create integrity between the three parts of the body – the body, the mind and the heart – and the three brains. The first stage of this method, a special way of breathing, affects the part of the brain that allows us to get rid of brain control. Thus emotions and instincts are released. The second stage, catharsis, works with the brain, clearing blocked emotions and freeing them from old spiritual memories and traumas. In the third stage, by jumping and using a special sound, you move the energy up to the peak of your body and through it you achieve a feeling of deep integrity. You can reach a state where you jump without any effort for fifteen minutes. Based on the acupuncture system, human soles have several energy points that are very important. It has been found that by affecting the soles of the feet – just as you do in the third stage of jumping, you positively affect your brain, so it is also important in the third stage to land on your feet. In the fourth stage – stopping abruptly and being motionless, frozen – the whole system is already in deep unity and the energy flows freely throughout the body. You are no longer fragmented but your nature is flowing. This is the foundation from which you can experience yourself.

As Osho said, all the other stages are preparatory: this is the point where you can experience meditation.
